Job summary

Maola Local Dairies in High Point, NC is seeking a Shipping Clerk responsible for accurate order processing and timely movement of products from our facility to customers. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Work includes picking, packing, shipping documentation, SAP data entry, and possible forklift tasks. This on-site role requires a High School diploma and is located in a farmer-owned cooperative dedicated to fresh dairy products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• SAP system experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment with fluctuating temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a pallet jack and/or forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure the correct products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.
• Verify order contents, quantities, and shipping details to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries in a timely manner.
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Monitor and track shipments to confirm on-time delivery and address delays.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, carriers, and customers to provide shipping updates.
• Enter finished goods into SAP with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support general warehouse and facility tasks during downtime, including cleaning, organizing, or operating a forklift (if certified).
