Job summary

KDM is a full-service print and point-of-purchase (POP) display company serving nationally recognized brands. We design, produce, and fulfill custom retail displays, graphics, and print solutions that help our customers succeed in the marketplace.

The Shipping Clerk coordinates and processes shipments to ensure accurate, on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This on-site role at Cincinnati, OH runs 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Shipping/receiving or related experience preferred.
• Attention to detail with accuracy.
• Ability to read shipping documents and packing slips.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify quantities, materials, and products against packing slips and shipping documentation
• Create shipping labels, packing lists, bills of lading, and related documentation
• Schedule and coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries
• Track shipments and maintain accurate shipment records
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and inventory
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system updates
• Support cycle counts and inventory control initiatives
• Operate material handling equipment as required
• Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas
• Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and 6S standards
• Work collaboratively with Production, Customer Service, Project Management, and Operations teams
