Job summary

Staffing Support Specialists in Wisconsin is seeking a Shipping Clerk for the 1st shift (7:00–3:30 PM), Monday through Friday. You will assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise, unpack and verify inbound shipments, and arrange transportation for products.

Applicants should read and follow written instructions, deliver strong customer service, and handle a forklift. Knowledge of basic Windows software (JobBOSS preferred) and inventory upkeep is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or related fields.
• Ability to read and understand written work documents.
• Excellent customer service and work ethic.
• Good understanding of trade tools (scales, packing slips, invoices, orders, forklifts, dollies, thermal label printer, shrink wrap, etc.).
• Basic math skills and ability to work in Windows-based software (JobBOSS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material.
• Unpack, verify, and record incoming shipments.
• Arrange transportation of products.
• Assist customers with shipping inquiries.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Able to drive a forklift.
• Maintain inventory as needed.
