Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking a Shipping Clerk/Bulk for our Greenville, SC facility. The role involves preparing shipments, verifying parts and quantities, and staging materials for distribution. You will load and unload trailers and manage shipping paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.

The position supports a team-driven environment with focus on inventory control and workplace safety. Prior forklift operation experience is a plus, with orientation to our logistics workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished goods and materials for shipment according to customer and production requirements.
• Verify parts and quantities by checking part numbers, labels, containers and shipping documents for accuracy before shipment.
• Pick and stage materials from designated storage locations and stage them in the shipping area.
• Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.
• Complete shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, labels and other paperwork required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning and recording material movements in the inventory/WMS system and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area by following safety procedures and keeping shipping docks and staging areas clean.

C Shift: Friday & Saturday: 6:00AM – 4:30PM Sunday & Monday: 6:00PM – 4:30AM

• Prepare shipments – Prepare finished goods and materials for shipment according to customer and production requirements.

This role is an hourly position within our team leader reports to the Material Supervisor.

Required experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing experiences a plus.
