• Experience generating BOLs, compliance labels, and tracking numbers using WMS or carrier portals.
• Experience operating Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Stand-up forklifts.
• Strong work ethic and clear communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Process, document, and coordinate outgoing orders and freight for timely dispatch.
• Verify order accuracy, prepare shipping documents and labels, and update inventory in the WMS.
• Schedule daily carrier pickups and obtain signed proof of delivery paperwork.
• Log shipment weights/charges and update tracking databases.
• Identify missing items, damaged stock, or carrier delays and escalate as needed.
