Job Description

We are looking for a Part Time Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our thriving downtown Seattle branch. You would be an integral part of the Operations team, working to ship a growing number of orders, get product in and out of our fulfillment center, and complete general office tasks with a high level of care and accuracy. What you will do
  • Process all incoming and outgoing shipments – domestic and international
  • Process returns from our customers
  • Perform periodic inventory counts
  • Manage inventory movement through Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
  • Maintain shipping supplies (order and organize)
  • Establish good working relationships with other team members
  • Foster positive communications and relationships with customers and vendors
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and developments
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Actively participate in meetings as requested
  • Other duties as assigned
What you bring
  • 2+ years’ experience in shipping service or warehouse role preferred.
  • Prior experience working with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in all areas, including phone, email, text messages, etc.
