Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support daily order processing and packing operations in a on-site facility in Texas. You will perform quality control, check in orders, assemble and ship goods, and maintain accurate shipping documentation.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7am–2pm, with opportunities for growth and a stable, team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control review of each order.
• Check in orders.
• Aggregate and package/prepare orders for shipping via parcel and LTL carriers.
• Utilize PC-based systems to prepare shipping documents and labels.
• Maintain a clean working environment and equipment needed to ship orders timely.
• Follow safety requirements for the position.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment.
• Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability.
• Complete shipping reports.
