Job summary

Lakeside Book Company in Plainfield, IN is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to inspect orders, verify accuracy, and enter shipping details for timely delivery. Shift is Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am, with overtime including Friday and Saturday, at 700 Airtech Parkway.

Job description

Pay: $19.00/hr, plus $2.50/hr shift differential

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am, with overtime as required including Friday and Saturday

Location: 700 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168

Job Type: Full Time Permanent – eligible for benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect orders for shipment
• Verify orders are complete and accurate
• Enter and schedule any shipping information accurately and on time
• Follow all safety guidelines, including safe lifting and handling procedure

What You Bring:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
• Intermediate computer skills, including Google Docs and Sheets
• Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of employees and customers
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
• Ability to follow all safety guidelines, required
