Location: 1120 Green Spring Road, Newville, PA 17241

We are seeking a 2nd-shift Shipping Clerk (internally called Shipping and Tire Inspector) for our Newville, PA location.

Pay: Starting at $21/hr and up, based on experience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Operate yard truck for trailer swaps and yard moves safely.
  • Load/unload vans using forklifts/clamp trucks.
  • Inspect tires to assess condition: sell, repair, or scrap.
  • Collect and sign Bills of Lading from drivers.
  • Work with production to supply correct materials to meet demands.
  • Maintain a clean shipping area, dock, and storage yard.
  • Operate magnet and sweeper to prevent metal/rubber buildup.
  • Submit maintenance requests.
  • Assemble orders: package, wrap, strap, weigh pallets.
Essential Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • 1+ years of recent forklift/clamp truck experience.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in basic math and reading units of measure.
  • Strong communication skills and computer proficiency; ERP experience preferred.
