Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions is partnering with Legrand to hire a Shipping and Receiving associate in Uniontown, PA. This is a full-time opportunity with steady hours, paid training, and a strong benefits package.

You will pull and pack orders, verify items, label shipments, load/unload trucks, and use scanners to track orders. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or material handling experience is helpful.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using a computer or scanning system.
• Detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Team player with reliable attendance.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll help ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and shipped on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Pulling and packing orders for shipment
• Verifying items against order details for accuracy
• Labeling packages and preparing shipments (UPS, FedEx, LTL)
• Loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Using scanners and basic computer systems to track orders
• Supporting other warehouse functions as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or material handling role is helpful
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Comfortable using a computer or scanning system
