Your Job

This is a dual role in the shipping and receiving department. You will pack, weigh, and accurately label shipments, receive in indirect/direct procurement, and use a forklift. Must have computer skills, good organization, ability to follow instructions, work under pressure, and physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

What You Will Do

1. Unload/load trucks using a forklift.
2. Receive materials per PO, inspect goods for quality, quantity, and certification match.
3. Package, label, and weigh items for shipment, ensuring proper shipment method and charges.
4. Prepare detailed invoices for shipments and ensure proper packaging and shipping standards.
5. Coordinate with other clerks to handle invoices and ensure goods are received/shipped/stored properly.
6. Deliver items to departments and store products correctly.
7. Perform quality checks and collaborate with quality department on non-qualifying material.
8. Enter lot numbers for traceability, perform cycle counts, and address errors with purchasing or management.
9. Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Forklift operation certification.
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Problem-solving skills using analytical and math skills.
• Experience with MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
