Job summary

Sika is seeking a Shipping Clerk for the 3rd shift to perform clerical duties in the shipping department, including data entry, inventory transactions, and reporting. The role involves scheduling shipments, processing material handling requests, and ensuring FIFO practices are followed.

Responsibilities include submitting ASNs, managing shipping paperwork, coordinating with the material handling team, and scheduling outbound toller deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years’ experience in shipping preferred.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.

Job Description

Broad Function and Purpose of Position: 3rd Shift

To perform clerical duties for the shipping department to include data entry, inventory transactions and reporting, cycle count reporting and analysis and maintenance of shipping documents.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Schedule standard and expedited shipments.
• Process material handling requests.
