Zusammenfassung

Sika AG is seeking a 3rd shift Shipping Clerk to perform clerical duties for the shipping department, including data entry, inventory transactions, reporting, cycle counts, and maintaining shipping documents.

Responsibilities include creating transfer orders, scheduling shipments, processing material handling requests, and ensuring FIFO practices. You will interact with drivers, submit ASNs, and coordinate outbound toll deliveries to support timely order fulfillment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be proficient in data entry and clerical tasks.
• Experience with inventory transactions and cycle counts is preferred.
• Ability to prepare and analyze shipping reports and documentation.

• Schedule standard and expedited shipments.
• Process material handling requests and monitor FIFO practices.
• Submit ASNs for all outbound shipments and manage shipping paperwork.
• Greet and direct drivers, coordinating loading with the material handling team.

Broad Function and Purpose of Position : 3rd Shift To perform clerical duties for the shipping department to include data entry, inventory transactions and reporting, cycle count reporting and analysis and maintenance of shipping documents. Specific Responsibilities: Create transfer orders per customers’ requirements. Schedule standard and expedited shipments. Process material handling requests. Monitor and execute FIFO practices. Performs additional shipping responsibilities as needed. Submit ASN’s for all outbound shipments. Manage all shipping paperwork. Meet & greet drivers, direct drivers for loading. Work with material handling team to ensure orders pulled. Assist in scheduling outbound toller deliveries.
