Job summary

Stillwater Industries LLC in East Freetown, MA is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team and ensure shipments move accurately and efficiently.

You will prepare, package and label outbound shipments, process orders with carrier systems, verify contents, coordinate pickups, and maintain records. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping platforms such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order verification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or inventory management systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required.
