What You'll Do

• Sign for inbound shipments and obtain drivers signatures for outbound shipments


• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, internal and external, to achieve overall goals


• Collect all shipping and/or receiving documentation, ensure accuracy, and resolve discrepancies


• Maintain all data and records relative to shipping and/or receiving activities


• Read shipping orders to determine the quantity and type of transportation needed.


• Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents, gather and maintain all data relative to shipping activities.


• Collect all documentation for outboard freight and route to the proper record-keeping unit.


• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations.


• Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and issue instructions for loading products.
