A leading industrial contractor is seeking a Shipping Clerk to coordinate shipments, prepare bills of lading, and assist with inventory management at their facility in Calvert City, KY. Candidates should have a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably experience with SAP. Salary: 18.00 USD / HOUR

EXCEL Group is a renowned industrial contractor with a commitment to excellence and a track record of delivering exceptional projects. We are seeking a Shipping Clerk for one of our maintenance facilities in Calvert City, KY.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, prepare bills of lading and Certificate of Analysis for marine shipments.
• Assist with posting shipments both in and out of terminals.
• Assist with reconciling end of month inventories.
• Interact with other departments in the plant, railroad personnel, and barge personnel as necessary to ensure adherence to department policies for shipping to customers.
• Provide back up to team members when needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Additional business school or college work preferable.
• Proficient with PC and various software applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Work experience with SAP and shipping preferred.
