Job summary

S&S Activewear LLC is seeking a Shipping Associate - Packer to join our West Chester Township, OH warehouse. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, focusing on packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain productivity standards, operate warehouse equipment safely, and uphold cleanliness and safety throughout the facility while following leadership directions and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
• Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Packer will be responsible for preparing items for shipment in a timely manner while meeting all productivity and accuracy standards.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$19.57 per hour

Monday-Friday (12PM - 8:30PM)

Full-Time, Non-Exempt

WHAT YOU WILL DO

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). Note: PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

In performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
• The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
