Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Shipping Associate Vacation Relief to support loading/unloading trailers and maintaining accurate records in our Houston facility. You will operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, perform cycle counts, and ensure product quality and safety while working 2nd or 3rd shift.

Candidates must be 18+ with English proficiency and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1–3 years of shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers, verify route loads and maintain shipping records.
• Count and check products for accuracy and quality; report variances.
• Operate pallet jack, forklift, and other material handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with packing equipment and related machinery.
