Job summary

Wedgewood Pharmacy is seeking a Shipping Associate to join our team. You will verify prescription information, ensure accurate shipping labels, and prepare packages for dispatch with careful attention to detail.

You will inspect incoming packages, track missing shipments, and maintain inventory for daily shipping operations, while keeping a clean, organized, and safe workspace to support continuous improvement and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while remaining focused on team success.
• Reliable attendance with a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Verify package contents to ensure prescription information, shipping labels, and customer details are accurate before packaging and shipment.
• Inspect incoming packages, verify packing lists, and distribute materials to the appropriate departments.
• Track missing or delayed shipments and assist with resolving shipping issues.
• Maintain inventory levels and stock daily shipping department supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting additional operational needs as assigned.

We are seeking a Shipping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full -Time Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM– 4:30 PM
• Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM– 5:30 PM
• Sunday- Thursday | Sunday-6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; Monday- Thursday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm

Compensation: $21.50

How You’ll Make an Impact
