Marketing Communication Resource in Willoughby, Ohio is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our team. You will process outgoing shipments, prepare shipping documents, verify orders, and arrange transportation to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This full-time role runs 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday with either Saturday or Sunday during our busy season (Sept–Dec).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven Shipping Associate experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Good communication and attention to detail required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process outgoing shipments; prepare shipping documents.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
• Load orders onto trucks and coordinate with transport providers.
