About The Role: The Shipping Associate ensures efficient shipping operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, verifying product quality, maintaining documentation, and communicating effectively to ensure timely and accurate shipments of refurbished medical devices.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate with Sales, Acquisitions, and Testing teams to meet shipping requirements.
  • Ensure devices meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment.
  • Verify accuracy of shipping details and prepare packaging and documentation.
  • Maintain shipping records and communicate with relevant teams and customers.
  • Perform quality inspections and address any issues.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics training is a plus.
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or related fields, preferably in medical devices.
  • Familiarity with shipping software and RF scanning.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Physical ability to handle packages.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
