Job summary

Southwest Accessories Group is hiring a Shipping Associate in Texas. You will be responsible for accurate packing, labeling, staging, and loading of outbound shipments, ensuring details are scanned and verified. You will also handle trailer loading and routing documents in a safe, organized work environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and basic RF scanning and computer skills; experience with NetSuite is a plus. Day shifts; on-site; non-exempt.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. consistently; basic computer/RF scanner knowledge.
• Ability to read numerals and English.
• Bilingual a plus.
• NetSuite experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Pack, label, and stage orders.
• Scan and verify details.
• Load trailers.
• Apply labels and route documents.
• Communicate discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Perform final inspection.
