Job summary
MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Shipping Associate in Pharr, TX to prep, stack, and palletize finished cabinets for delivery. You’ll move products through shipping areas with hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining safety and quality standards.
The role emphasizes being physically fit, reliable, and a team player. Training is provided; prior shipping/warehouse experience is a plus. Competitive wages with full-time hours are offered, plus benefits and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy products and stand all day.
- Team player with strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, organized and safety-focused.
- Experience in shipping, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus, but training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Preparing finished cabinets for shipping by stacking and palletizing products accurately and safely
- Moving products through the shipping area using manual and powered equipment
- Supporting the team to meet daily schedules for on-time and complete deliveries
- Following quality and safety standards at all times
- Keeping the shipping area organized, efficient, and ready for action
