The Step2 Company, a leading American toy manufacturer in Streetsboro, OH, is hiring a Shipping Associate for the 2pm–10pm shift. Join a busy warehouse team and help verify, package, and ship products from 10010 Aurora Hudson Rd.

The role requires operating lift trucks, scanners, and maintaining a clean, organized shipping area. Salary starts at $18.00 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential for the night shift; occasional overtime and holiday work may be required.

We are looking to add a two (2) Shipping Associates to our Streetsboro location at 10010 Aurora Hudson Rd, Streetsboro OH

Shipping Associate $18.00 + $1.00 Shift Differential

2nd Shift (Mon- Fri) 2pm to 10pm

Summary of Duties

Shipping Associates verify and maintain the organization of products and or materials in the warehouse. Keep all aisle ways, fire extinguishers, exits, and loading docks clear and free of any debris. Verifies and keeps records on outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipments by performing the following duties.

Conveying Product

• Convey materials to designated areas using lift truck or pallet jack.
• Attach labels to cartons.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.

Loading/Unloading

• Compare identifying information and counts, weights, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information again bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Inserts items into containers.
• Keep all dock trash bins empty.
• Keep all aisle ways, fire extinguishers, exits and loading docks clear and free of any debris.
