U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is hiring a Shipping Associate for our Cranbury, NJ distribution center on the second shift (2:30pm start). The role focuses on picking, checking, staging orders, and ensuring accurate outbound shipments. Cherry picker experience is preferred and a HS diploma is required.

USESI is looking for a dedicated and team-oriented Shipping Associate to join our Distribution Team. This position will be located in our Cranbury, NJ location.

Job type: Full-time (Monday - Friday)

* Second Shift - 2:30pm start *

$21.75 - Past PIT experience - cherry picker, reach truck, forklift, etc.

Bonus potential of up to $2,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, checking, staging of customer orders
• Ensuring accuracy of outgoing shipments
• Resolving discrepancies with appropriate departments
• Coordinating with shipping department as needed for deliveries
• Stocking of incoming materials and products from vendors
• Operating a cherry picker

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience with warehouse operations and equipment
• Cherry Picker experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be dependable and team oriented
