Bonfiglioli USA is seeking a dependable Shipping Associate to prepare, pack, label, and ship customer orders on time. You will verify product details, load freight safely, and complete shipping documentation while following safety policies.

In this full-time, first-shift role (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM), you’ll work with team members to meet shipping goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school experience is a plus.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous warehouse/shipping/mfg experience helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule.
• Verify products, quantities, destinations, and shipping methods.
• Load and secure freight safely and accurately.
• Complete shipping documentation and ASNs as required.
• Operate material-handling equipment after training.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and participate in 5S activities.
