Position

We are looking for a Shipping Associate for 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick correct product and quantity utilizing pick list.
• Package product in correct staging lane as designated by Shipping Lead.
• Package product in accordance with Latham Pool Products packaging standards.
• Sign pick list and turn it into the Warehouse Team Lead.
• Assist in stacking product from production department to staging area.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment utilizing 5S principles.
• Adhere to company policies, quality assurance programs, procedures and safety standards.
• Other assignments as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED with 3-5 years shipping and warehouse experience.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Data entry skills with great attention to detail, basic reading and math skills.
• Must be able to do heavy lifting and forklift experience is required.
• Team player with the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, generate reports as requested, and set and reach goals while meeting deadlines.
• Forklift license or ability to drive a forklift and attain a license quickly.
