Job summary

Latham Pool Products, Inc. in Plainfield, Indiana is hiring for an Order Processor/Shipping Associate II to handle all aspects of shipping products on time with the Shipping & Receiving team.

The role includes staging, packing, and assisting with receiving goods, on-site at our Plainfield location. Responsibilities include placing products in correct staging lanes, confirming orders in ERP, ensuring packaging standards, and coordinating international shipping.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 3 years shipping and warehouse experience.
• Experience creating bills of landing.
• Ability to work overtime and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Assist team on placement of products in correct staging lane for shipment.
• Verify all completed orders in ERP to arrange shipment.
• Ensure packaging meets Latham packaging standards.
• Assist in marshalling finished goods from production to storage and staging.
• Arrange for International Shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Adheres to company policies, quality assurance programs, procedures, and safety standards.
• Other assignments as assigned by Manager.

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for all aspects of shipping products on time while working with the Shipping & Receiving team.To ensure product in staging area for inspection, packaging, and loading shipments. To assist with receiving of incoming goods.

Some of What You Will Do:

• Assiststeam on placement of all products in correct staging lane for shipment.
• Verify all with Team Lead all completed orders in ERP system(s) to arrange for shipment
• Ensure packaged product is appropriately completed utilizing Latham Pool Products’ packaging standards.
• Assist in marshalling finished goods from the production department to, storage, then staging area.
• Arrange for International Shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Adheres to company policies, quality assurance programs, procedures, and safety standards.
• Other assignments as assigned by Manager.

What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

• Must have high school diploma or GED with 3 years shipping and warehouse experience.
• Experience creating bills of landing.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Data entry skills with great attention to detail.
• Must be able to do heavy lifting.
• Team player with the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, generate reports as requested, and set and reach goals while meeting deadlines.
• Forklift license or ability to drive a forklift and attain a license quickly.
