Job summary

Dealer General Supply Co in Lakeland, FL is seeking a warehouse team member to support our fulfillment group and help process and ship orders.

You will maintain orderly picking racks, inspect products for quality, and assist with loading, unloading, and other warehouse duties. This role contributes to timely deliveries and overall warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with order fulfillment is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proactive, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Able to lift and palletize up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent organization and administrative skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship orders as part of the fulfillment team.
• Assemble and prepare materials for shipment or storage.
• Inspect final products to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain the picking racks through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items.
• Receive deliveries and put away material; maintain inventory.
• Securely shrink-wrap items onto pallets before shipments.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles; perform general warehouse duties as necessary.
