Job Description

The Shipping Associate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products. This role involves a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, and shipping orders, inventory management, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.


• Assist in inventory control, including counting, organizing, and maintaining inventory levels.


• Operate shipping software to print labels, manage shipments, and track inventory.


• Conduct quality control checks on outbound shipments.


• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to resolve shipping issues and improve customer satisfaction.


• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.


• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.


• Assist in other warehouse tasks as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred but not required.


• Basic computer skills, familiar with shipping software is a plus.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.


• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
