Join our team of dedicated individuals who serve our patients daily! The Shipping Assistant is responsible for assisting with all company shipping and receiving, inspecting and processing returned items, and maintaining a neat warehouse.

Essential Responsibilities And Duties

  • Prepare items for shipping daily.
  • Manage daily inventory cycle counts.
  • Assist with receiving shipped items; inspect and report damages.
  • Store received items properly, ensuring rotation and no expired stock.
  • Inspect and process returned items.
  • Keep the warehouse tidy and organized.
  • Demonstrate courtesy, patience, and professionalism with patients/clients.
  • Follow all safety, employment, and compliance policies; report concerns immediately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Knowledge

  • High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of experience or training, or equivalent.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Responsible and cooperative attitude
  • Neat personal appearance
  • Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
