We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, high-energy Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our crew and help ensure every frame, component, and delivery arrives and departs flawlessly. What You’ll Do:

• Own the Flow of Goods - Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, components, and supplies with precision and care.
• Pack & Ship with Pride - Prepare outgoing orders, including complete bikes and frames, to ensure every customer receives their Moots in perfect condition.
• Keep It Dialed - Maintain a clean, efficient, and highly organized shipping/receiving space.
• Check Every Detail - Accurately log and track inventory, verify shipment contents, and communicate discrepancies with internal teams.
• Support the Build Process - Work closely with production, assembly, and the front office to keep everything moving on schedule.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador - Represent Moots in every outgoing box by upholding our commitment to premium service and presentation.
• Jump In When Needed - This is a team-first environment. You’ll lend a hand across departments as needed and help keep the shop running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• A love of bikes and a shared appreciation for high-quality products.
• Impeccable attention to detail and pride in getting things right the first time.
• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse roles (preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate).
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with computers and basic inventory systems.
• Ability to lift and move large boxes and bike frames safely and efficiently.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work hands-on and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time position – 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday.
• Starting pay: $20–$22+/HR, based on experience.
