Express Employment Professionals – St. Paul, MN is assisting a small manufacturing company to fill a Forklift position on their team. The role is located in the South metro, with a pay range of $17–$21 per hour DOE and a Monday–Thursday 5:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities include packing, shipping documentation, receiving materials, inventory counts, ERP transactions, and safe warehouse operation. Prior experience in shipping/warehouse settings is preferred, with forklift experience

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
• Forklift or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to read part numbers and packing instructions.
• Willingness to learn ERP or shipping-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Count, verify, package, and prepare finished parts for shipment.
• Create packing slips, labels, and shipping documents.
• Support accurate shipment preparation per customer requirements.
• Assist with receiving incoming materials and shipments.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and paperwork.
• Move and organize materials in warehouse and production areas.
• Support inventory accuracy through counts and ERP transactions.
• Communicate questions to Logistics & Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and shipping areas.
• Operate material handling equipment safely as trained.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and general warehouse labor.
• Follow safety, quality, and customer requirements.

Express Employment Professionals – St. Paul, MN is assisting a small manufacturing company to fill a Forklift positions on their team. Position is located in the South metro.

Pay: $17 – 21/hour DOE

Schedule: 1st Shift Monday – Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities include:

• Count, verify, package, and prepare finished parts for shipment
• Create or prepare packing slips, labels, and other shipping documents for review
• Support accurate shipment preparation based on customer requirements and internal instructions
• Assist with receiving incoming materials, supplies, and customer/vendor shipments
• Verify quantities, part numbers, paperwork, and material condition as directed
• Move, stage, organize, and deliver materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Support inventory accuracy through proper counts, documentation, and ERP/system transactions as assigned
• Communicate shipment, receiving, inventory, packaging, or documentation questions to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping areas
• Use material handling equipment safely as trained and authorized
• Support packaging, counting, sorting, labeling, and general warehouse labor as needed
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, quality requirements, and customer-specific expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Logistics, Warehouse, and Manufacturing Operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, packaging, or manufacturing experience
• Experience creating packing slips, labels, shipping documents, or inventory transactions
• Forklift, pallet jack, or other material-handling experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory systems, or basic shipping software
• Ability to read part numbers, work orders, packing instructions, or customer requirements
