Job summary

REI Co-op in Hingham, MA is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to scan and sort shipments and support warehouse operations. You will collaborate with team members and help move merchandise to the floor or backstock, while maintaining a clean, organized space.

Qualifications

• Receive store inventory, transfers, vendor and internal shipments.
• Process customer and product quality returns.

• Perform recurring cycle counts and audits of targeted inventory.
• Assist customers with questions about products, memberships, and services.
• Follow REI loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
