Job summary

Compressed Air Systems, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to manage inbound shipments, verify receipts, and document inventory. You will pull and pack orders, label them, and coordinate with carriers for pickup.

The role requires forklift operation (certification preferred), accuracy in stock counts, data entry, and strong communication with internal teams. You will maintain safety standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or logistics with inventory management software.
• Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for order picking, packing, and data entry.
• Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying shipments.
• Excellent customer service to communicate with internal teams and carriers.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word for reporting purposes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and quality control.

The individual in this position must be organized, goal oriented, stay on task and able to lift 45lbs or more throughout the day. Basic computer skills are necessary. This position requires order pulling/picking and then packing/processing orders to be picked up by UPS/FedEx. This position will also process incoming UPS/FedEx packages then counting in and verifying new inventory.
