Tech International in is seeking a warehouse associate to pick, pack, and ship orders domestically and internationally, following shipping guidelines. You will verify addresses, ensure stock accuracy, and use scan guns to assemble orders.
The role includes training others on scan guns and maintaining orderly inventory and packing procedures. Responsibilities include loading trucks, weighing orders correctly, and complying with hazmat rules.

Position Status: Hourly
Pick, pack and ship domestic and international orders according to customer requests and shipping guidelines.
Work independently with little supervision.
Good communication skills required. Able to communicate verbally and/or in writing with other workers, members of management and others as to work requirements, work in progress, work completion, or questions regarding customer orders
Able to use math to add, subtract, multiply or divide and may work with fractions, decimals, or percentages and simple formulas.
Requires the use of judgment to plan and decide on a course/sequence of action. Must be able to problem solve, handle multiple priorities and tasks, meet changing demands or requests and follow through on all tasks. Must have continuous visual and mental attention during the operation of equipment and the inputting of data. Attention to detail is required.
Haz-mat training required.
Activity could be on the job is 1/3 to more than 2/3 of the work day, not limited to standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, climb or balance, talk or listening, taste or smell, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lifting 10lbs to more than 100lbs
Frequently exerting or lifting up to 55 lbs. daily. Frequently pushing, pulling and or lifting are required. Occasionally climbing, ascending or descending ladders, stairs, using legs, arms, hands and feet. Emphasizing agility of body.
