Position: Shipping & Receiving Operator - Part Time
Schedule: Monday to Thursday | Wide range of 5-hour shifts during AM and PM Hours
Pay Rate: $22/hour

Join our team and play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly! As a Shipping and Receiving operator, you'll be responsible for safely loading and unloading products using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring every shipment meets our high-quality standards. You'll verify inventory, conduct visual inspections, and uphold all safety regulations and company policies. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in precision and efficiency, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow computerized work orders to accurately pick and prepare products for shipment.
• Locate requested items in the warehouse and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Swap pallets, inspect items for damage, and report any issues to supervisors.
• Use RF scanning equipment to track, pack, and label shipments.
• Communicate product or material issues to leadership for resolution.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse at the end of each shift.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Operate various machinery and material handling equipment as needed.

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to read, interpret, and scan pallet identification numbers.
• Ability to follow instructions in the designated language.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for quality control.
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures (-20°F to 100°F) with provided protective gear.
• Capable of lifting at least 40 lbs. (heavier loads may vary by facility).
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends if required.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying noise levels.
