Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move product to machine centers and organize materials within the facility. You will support production by loading and unloading, and ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining forklift equipment.

Position Summary

Safely moving of product to machine centers, basic organization of product to specified areas of the facility.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift.
• Staying aware of possible hazards and safety protocols.
• Coordinates with Production Scheduler and Machine Operators.
• Loading, unloading of materials.
• Maintains quality expectation of documentation and materials received.
• Maintaining forklift.
• Performs other duties as required by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous construction or warehouse experience preferred
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Experience operating a forklift or forklift certification preferred, training available
