Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for checking in drivers for product pick up and drop off, ensuring all paperwork is completed and documented.
2. Greet each driver receiving or dropping off and assign them to a dock door.
3. Rate all orders and prepare labels, BOLs, packing slips, and tracking.
4. Maintain both inbound and outbound logs to ensure all operations are documented.
