Position: Shipping and Receiving Clerk - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities
  • Receive and unload incoming materials, verify packing slips against purchase orders for accuracy.
  • Process return shipments from customers.
  • Sort, count, package, label, insure, unpack, and log inventory for shipped or received items.
  • Inspect shipments for damages or defects; record discrepancies and notify relevant personnel.
  • Operate equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts for loading and unloading.
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to lift packages or equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to operate a forklift (DOT certification preferred).
