Job summary

Laser Cutting Company, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Associate to organize incoming and outgoing shipments and support production with material handling.

You will unload materials from deliveries, log items, verify POs, queue materials for the next job, assist with packaging, and prepare shipments with UPS documentation.

This on-site role requires physical strength, ability to lift 50 pounds, and reliability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced shop environment.

• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials from deliveries and assist loading into vehicles.
• Log incoming materials on the computer and identify accordingly.
• Keep materials organized by type and location.
• Verify purchase orders on a regular basis.
• Assist operators in queuing material for the next job to be processed.
• Help packaging orders in preparation for shipment.
• Load product into customers' vehicles and prepare shipping documents.
• Organize products to be shipped via UPS and create labels/documents.
