Major Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers have a positive experience regardless of how or where we assist them
• Perform various Shipping and Receiving activities (receiving, delivery, pickup, shipping, etc.)
• Lift heavy boxes, files, and machinery when needed
• Maintain high levels of customer care with a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Comply with business procedure guidelines
• Participate in all safety procedures
• Handle time-sensitive material such as confidential & urgent packages
• Sort, label, and deliver packages
• Utilize UPS WorldShip for shipping
• Exhibit good work ethic
• Be on call & work after hours when necessary
• Drive flatbeds, pick-up trucks, and pull behind trailers
• Load and unload freight using a forklift and/or hoist

Required Skills:

• Understanding of customer service importance and cooperation with other divisions
• Valid Driver’s License with a low-incident driving record
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good work ethic & admirable integrity
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Maintain good safety and attendance records
