Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate. Core hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, with a pay rate of $21.00/hour plus a variable incentive. Salaries are based on skills, experience, and market considerations.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trucks, receive and store materials, operate forklifts, and prepare shipments
• Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations
• Coordinate with assembly regarding part locations
• Prepare products for shipment and complete shipping documentation
• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Conduct quality inspections and identify non-conformance
• Maintain equipment and work area per 5S guidelines
• Follow procedures and handle materials per established protocols
• Cross-train and support production as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School/GED

Experience: At least one year in manufacturing, warehouse, or related environment. Experience with forklifts and industrial trucks preferred.

Additional Requirements: Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, within a 50-mile radius (active-duty military are exempt), lift 35 lbs, and communicate effectively.
