Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate - Technology Hardware to securely receive, track, ship, and retire technology equipment across multiple locations. You will partner with technology teams to maintain accurate inventory and support deployments, refreshes and returns within a regulated financial environment.

Required is an Associate Degree or equivalent with 2+ years in shipping/logistics or IT operations involving technology hardware.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or IT operations involving technology hardware.
• Experience with asset management or IT ticketing systems is preferred (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience supporting technology hardware in a corporate or regulated environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the secure shipping and receiving of laptops, monitors, peripherals, and other technology equipment.
• Track technology assets in ServiceNow, maintaining accurate inventory and chain-of-custody records.
• Support technology deployments, equipment refreshes, returns, and retirement activities across multiple locations.
• Coordinate secure hardware disposal and ensure equipment follows established data security standards.
• Audit inventory and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate asset records and controls.
• Maintain shipping supplies and partner with vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation.
• Identify process improvements that strengthen efficiency, asset tracking, and compliance.
