Shipping and Receiving Associate Day Shift

• Full-time
• Position Type: Permanent
• Shift: 1st Shift

JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at $20.00 per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow all safety rules and precautions in a manufacturing environment
• Package, crate, or load items securely for safe transportation and capacity loading
• Use various crating and packaging materials to protect parts during shipment and weigh trucks as needed
• Ensure each load is complete and accurate
• Help expedite work processes to meet production schedules
• Assist with inventory counts when required
• Maintain continuous improvement practices in the work area
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned by the Team Leader

Minimum qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 0-1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds repeatedly, above shoulder height and below waist level
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math skills for inventory calculations
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Effective communication skills and teamwork ability
• Reliable transportation to the work location
