Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to move product from trailers to dock areas during receiving, ensuring safety regulations and quality standards while maintaining an efficient flow of product through the dock.

Required education includes a High School Diploma or GED; 6-12 months of warehouse/production experience is preferred, with OSHA forklift certification a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6-12 months warehouse and/or production experience.
• OSHA forklift operator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move product from trailer to appropriate dock staging area in a safe, efficient manner.
• Sort and segregate pallets / product, as necessary.
• Check product for damages and alert receivers if necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Responsible for moving product with a forklift or pallet jack from trailer to another area of the warehouse dock during receiving process. Observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities

Qualifications
