JX Advanced Metals USA in Mesa, AZ is looking for a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. You will receive incoming materials, prepare outgoing shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and help keep products safe and organized in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, with good communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pull, prepare, and package materials and products for shipment.
• Verify shipping documents, labels, and product information for accuracy.
• Assemble, label, and package products according to customer and company requirements.
• Stack, band, and stretch-wrap pallets for shipment.
• Use pallet jacks and material handling equipment to stage shipments and load trucks.
• Ensure all shipments are prepared safely and on schedule.
• Receive incoming deliveries and unload materials using pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Verify quantities and compare received materials to packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
• Accurately enter and maintain receiving records.
• Match product and serial numbers to company records and databases.
• Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Use lifting assist devices and material handling equipment to safely move products.
• Support inventory accuracy and warehouse organization efforts.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 1st Shift and 2nd Shift opportunities available
• Overtime may be required based on production schedules and business needs

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Regularly use hands and arms to handle materials and operate equipment.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, lifting assist devices, and other material handling equipment.
• Work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to moving equipment.
