Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Shipping & Receiving associate for a warehouse in the McAllen area. You will perform data entry, loading/unloading, and inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, operate a pallet jack, and maintain a clean, safe work environment as part of daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and inventory control.
• Ability to scan, inspect, and count inventory accurately.
• Comfort with shipping/receiving processes and pallet movement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and accuracy checks.
• Handle shipping and receiving duties for inbound and outbound goods.
• Scan items and update inventory system.
• Inspect inventory for damage or shortages and report issues.
• Verify counts and mark/label stock correctly.
• Communicate errors and discrepancies to relevant parties.
• Unloading/loading deliveries and moving stock to proper locations.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
• Accept inventory deliveries and count against packing lists.

Express Employment Professionals is now seeking candidates for Shipping & Receiving for a warehouse in the McAllen area paying $14/hr.

Duties

• Qualified candidates must have data entry skills, shipping and receiving, scanning, and inspecting inventory .
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and operate pallet jack
• Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Accepting delivery of inventory.
• Counting and confirming inventory.
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
• Communicating errors to relevant parties.
• Marking and labeling stock.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday8am-5pm (must be available to work weekends and Overtime).
