MBZ Parts specializes in online sales of classic Mercedes parts and is expanding its operations. We prioritize our employees’ needs and are seeking a motivated, physically fit team member to join our classic Mercedes salvage yard in Merlin, California.

Job Description

Full‑time position with an initial part‑time training period. Primary responsibilities include:

• Packaging and shipping parts to customers, learning about vehicle models and parts.
• Assisting as a parts puller: dismantling and pulling parts off vehicles at the salvage yard.
• Cleaning parts and maintaining the salvage shop.
• Adding parts to the online database and maintaining inventory organization.

The role requires lifting 50+ pounds, working under cars and on the ground, and using computers for inventory and shipping tasks. Candidates must be able to work independently without continual supervision.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated with automotive experience (professional experience not required but solid understanding of vehicle parts is preferred).
• Strong mechanical skills and basic shipping experience.
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Good computer skills and ability to manage own labor.
• Ability to work under cars, on the ground and in physically demanding situations.

Benefits

• Hourly pay; starting wage depends on experience.
• After an initial 2‑3 month trial period, paid benefits include 4 hours of paid time off per month and 3 paid holidays per year.
• Opportunity for advancement to positions such as Salvage Manager or Fulfillment Manager.
