Job summary

AKG North American Operations Inc in Mitchell, SD is seeking a Shipping Administrative Assistant to track, coordinate, and record shipments to ensure customers receive products on time.

You will create shipping documents, process truck requests, label packages, and follow supplier instructions while maintaining accuracy and regular attendance in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.

• Schedule shipments using LTL carriers and systems.
• Ship product to other AKG locations and send invoices.
• Follow special shipping instructions from emails or suppliers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Report issues to supervisor or appropriate contact.
• Follow AKG environmental policies.
• Regular attendance required.
